From June 26 to 28, the 3rd Intellectual Property Industry Forum (iPiF 2024) was held in Shanghai. The purpose of this forum is to “focus on hot topics of intellectual property protection, build high-end dialogues among intellectual property industry experts, and improve the level of corporate intellectual property management”. The industry, academia, and scientific research institutions gathered on site to discuss cutting-edge topics of intellectual property and innovation development.
Leili Intellectual Property Director and Chief Engineer were invited to give a wonderful speech on “Overseas Patent Layout Strategy of Manufacturing Enterprises” at the Intelligent Manufacturing Sub-Forum. Combining the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises and Leili’s experience in intellectual property management, Mr. Zhao specifically taught the intellectual property risks faced by products going overseas, the purpose of overseas patent layout, the layout strategy, and the internal management based on the layout strategy. It is recommended that manufacturing enterprises must have a clear strategy for overseas patent layout and serve their business goals!
Mr. Zhao’s speech aroused a warm response and resonance at the scene. After the speech, everyone was still not satisfied. Many representatives of participating companies had further exchanges and discussions with Mr. Zhao on the overseas layout of patents and corporate intellectual property management.
