According to the company development demand, we changed the company name from ‘Changzhou Leshi Leili Motor Co., Ltd’ to ‘Jiangsu Leili Motor Co., Ltd”’ on June 24th,2015. From now on, all the business, credit and debt will be taken charge by Jiangsu Leili Motor Co., Ltd. The contract signed before this time is still valid.
From now on, we will use the new company name for all the data, contract, company account, and tax file Number.
